The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) has issued an alert for moderate rain over parts of Riyadh Region, affecting the governorates of Al-Dawadmi and Afif, with flash floods and hail expected.

The center said the rain would be accompanied by very strong winds and lightning, and that horizontal visibility could drop to almost zero. The conditions are expected to last until 8 pm.
