Yemen's Interior Ministry has seized and broken up terrorist cells belonging to the terrorist Houthi group in the interim capital Aden and in the governorates of Lahij and Abyan during September, Asharq Al-Awsat reported.

According to the newspaper, the network had been planning to destabilize security and to target security and military leaders.
