The Philippine DFA announced on 31 October 2026 that OCA-Aseana, DoubleDragon releasing units and consular offices nationwide will close on Monday, 2 November, for All Souls’ Day.

Services resume Tuesday, 3 November. Urgent applicants can use the official contacts or office directory.
