The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) today warned of a wave of fog over the Eastern Province, covering the cities of Dammam and Dhahran and the governorates of Khafji, Jubail, Ras Tanura, Qatif, Khobar and Al-Udaid.

The fog has reduced horizontal visibility to between 3 and 5 kilometres on highways and in open areas. The centre said the conditions are expected to continue until 8 a.m.
