The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) has warned of a wave of dense fog over the Eastern Province, covering the cities of Dammam and Dhahran and the governorates of Al-Nairyah, Al-Khafji, Al-Jubail, Ras Tanura, Al-Qatif, Al-Khobar, Al-Udaid and Al-Ahsa, together with their villages and affiliated centers.

According to the center, the fog may reduce horizontal visibility to 1 kilometer or less on highways and in open areas. The conditions are expected to last until 8 a.m.
