Umrah performers at the Grand Mosque can complete their rituals more easily thanks to carts offering free Tahallul services, provided by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.
The service is available around the clock for both men and women.
The authority said it aims to meet the varied needs of Umrah performers, including older people and persons with disabilities, so that everyone can use the service comfortably.
The carts are one part of the authority’s wider effort to improve services for Umrah performers and an example of the integrated care offered to visitors at every stage of their spiritual journey.
