An upgraded version of the “Kollona Amn” app was released on Monday by the General Directorate of Public Security as part of its drive to improve digital security services and handle reports more efficiently.

The update brings wide-ranging technical and operational improvements and a better user experience, and it sends reports to the appropriate security authorities more reliably so they can be dealt with quickly and accurately.

The directorate encouraged citizens and residents to use the app to submit reports and security information to help keep the community safe.
