Field teams from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's "Nusuk Care" centers are supporting pilgrims in Arafat, deployed across the area to help them reach services and essential information.

Since the beginning of Dhu Al-Qadah, the centers have provided more than 193,000 field services through 38 centers and over 160 operational sites. Trained staff serve pilgrims in 11 languages, with dedicated sign-language support.

The teams also direct pilgrims along the right routes, deal with cases that need quick logistical or medical help, and collect real-time feedback.

The ministry said the effort is part of its comprehensive care framework for every stage of Hajj, reflecting the leadership's directives and supporting the Pilgrim Experience Program under Saudi Vision 2030.
