Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture launched Liqa on 29 October 2026, allowing beneficiaries to submit electronic requests to meet the minister or deputy minister. Deputy Minister Mansour Al-Mushaiti inaugurated it as part of a package to improve services across the ministry’s sectors.
The platform organises requests and archives procedures, taking each request through submission, review, referral to the relevant department and a response. The package also includes a beneficiary service centre covering the Kingdom’s 13 regions, with a unified dashboard to track branch performance.
A separate beneficiary-feedback platform brings together ratings and service tickets from different channels. The Midani system digitises violations and objections, including payments through Efaa and objections through Nama. The announcement did not provide a direct Liqa access link or detailed eligibility conditions for applicants.
