Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Egypt's Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty have strongly condemned the attacks carried out by the terrorist Houthi group against Saudi Arabia, affirming their countries' full solidarity with the Kingdom and their support for its sovereignty, security and territorial integrity.

The joint position came during a phone call made by Dar to his Egyptian counterpart, in which the two ministers reviewed the latest regional developments and their impact on security and stability in the region.

The ministers also discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and coordination within the quartet grouping Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Egypt and Türkiye, and expressed hope that its next meeting will be held as soon as possible to deepen ties and coordinate positions on regional issues.
