The Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) has denounced the attacks on Saudi Arabia, saying they threaten the Kingdom's security and stability and pointing to the damage they caused to civilians, vital facilities and infrastructure.

In a statement released today from its headquarters in Tunis, the organization said it rejects these attacks as being at odds with the principles of security and stability.

ALECSO expressed its solidarity with the Kingdom and backed the measures it is taking to protect its sovereignty and security, safeguard its citizens and residents, and ensure the safety of pilgrims performing Umrah.
