Malaysia has denounced the attacks that targeted civilians in Saudi Arabia, a position conveyed by its Foreign Minister Mohamad Hasan during a telephone call with Saudi Foreign Minister His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah.

Opening the conversation, the Malaysian minister condemned the attacks on behalf of his country and affirmed Malaysia's solidarity with the Kingdom. He voiced support for every step Saudi Arabia takes to preserve its sovereignty, security and stability and to protect its citizens and the residents living on its soil.

The two ministers went on to review relations between their countries, exchanged views on regional and international developments, and discussed several other issues of shared interest.
