Jeddah Governorate Municipality has called on owners of and investors in coastal and marine sites and activities to submit and update information about their premises through a dedicated online disclosure and registration form. The move is part of its work to develop marine tourism and improve services and facilities along Jeddah's shoreline.

The municipality said the aim is to build a comprehensive database of coastal and marine activities and services, showing what operates where, which facilities are available and at what level, so that planning and development can match the real needs of each site and its visitors.

The form, overseen by the Agency for Monitoring and Protecting Marine Coasts, asks for details of each establishment and its location, the services, activities and facilities it offers, its capacity, opening hours and booking methods.

According to the municipality, the information will help raise service quality, manage coastal sites more efficiently and create a better organised and more attractive marine environment for residents and visitors, in support of the quality-of-life goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
