The General Administration of Education in Najran Region has invited male and female students to sign up for the Bebras Mawhiba 2026 competition, a contest built around computational and informatics thinking.
Registration is open to both Saudi and resident students enrolled in public education schools, from the third grade of primary school up to the third grade of secondary school, and will remain open until November 22.
The competition is organised by the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) in partnership with the Ministry of Education and in cooperation with the National Center for Assessment. It aims to sharpen students' analysis, logic and problem-solving skills by teaching them to break difficult problems into simple parts, design algorithms, recognise patterns and work with abstraction.
Participants are asked to solve as many problems as possible within the allotted time, a format meant to test their reasoning and teach systematic problem-solving in an indirect way.
The administration urged interested students to register within the set period and to check the details and registration steps through the Mawhiba app or the competition website: https://bebrasksa.org/bebras-register/
