Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University announced on 1 November 2026 that applications for 13 second-semester diplomas for 1448 AH run until 1 December. Its announcement includes Saudi and resident women with secondary-school qualifications, and public- and private-sector employees.

There are seven on-campus academic diplomas, including human resources, culinary arts, business Chinese and semiconductor technology; three online academic programs in programming, accounting and marketing; and three on-campus vocational programs in early childhood care, sales and occupational safety. The official guide explicitly opens the online programs to both sexes.

Admission is competitive and requirements vary. These are fee-paying programs; the guide details semester fees and extra costs. Check the guide’s conditions and additional charges before using the application portal. Applying does not guarantee admission.
