Investors can now bid for 34 municipal investment opportunities in Buraidah, which the Qassim Region Municipality made available during the third quarter of 2026 as part of its push to attract investment, diversify activities and widen partnership with the private sector.

The opportunities span six sectors. Commercial activities lead with 26, followed by social activities with three and sports and entertainment with two, while education, health and public utilities have one each.

Municipality spokesman Naif Abd Rabbuh Al-Nufaie said the offering reflects the municipality's aim of creating an attractive investment climate that builds on Buraidah's economic strengths, making better use of municipal assets and supporting local development. He invited investors and entrepreneurs to review the terms and apply online through the Furas platform at furas.momah.gov.sa.
