Aseer Municipality has listed 25 new investment opportunities on the Furas platform, aiming to improve the investment climate, bring more private-sector players into local development and make better use of municipal assets, with benefits for the regional economy and quality of life.
The projects span commercial, tourism, health and industrial activities as well as parks and public facilities. Among the largest are a contract to build, run and maintain an industrial zone in Al-Areen covering about 269,000 square meters, and another for Aqabet Dhila Park, which extends over more than 281,000 square meters.
Investors can also bid to set up and operate restaurants, cafes, tourist resorts, chalets, and commercial and residential complexes, along with sites earmarked for commercial services, fuel stations and car parks.
Contract periods range from 10 to 25 years depending on the type of project, which the municipality says will support the sustainability of municipal investments and the efficient use of available sites.
Interested investors are invited to review the details, conditions and application deadlines for each opportunity on the Furas platform.
