Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah and His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, have condemned the ongoing attacks by the terrorist Houthi group on civilian areas in the Kingdom.

The position came during a phone call that Prince Faisal received from his Emirati counterpart, in which the two sides reviewed the latest developments in the region.

The ministers also underlined the need to keep up joint efforts and step up coordination and consultation, in support of collective Gulf action, de-escalation, containing the spread of tension and preserving the region's security and stability.
