The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) has designated 21 sites, spread across every region of the Kingdom, where Yemenis staying in Saudi Arabia irregularly can correct their status, according to Okaz newspaper.

In Riyadh, the sites are the Second Industrial City passports office, the passports administration at the Al-Ha'ir administrative centre, the Al-Malaz passports branch and the Al-Kharj governorate passports office. In the Eastern Province, status correction is handled at the passports offices in Al-Khobar, Al-Ahsa and south Hafr Al-Batin.

In Asir, the sites are the regional passports administration and the offices in Khamis Mushait and Bisha, while in the Makkah region a correction office has been set up at the public services centre in Al-Shumaisi, among other locations.
