Egypt is willing to give Saudi Arabia any kind of support, potentially including military assistance, Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty said, as the Kingdom faces an escalation in attacks by the terrorist Houthi group, Saudi Gazette reported, citing Anadolu Agency.

Asked by Bloomberg Television whether Cairo could offer military backing, Abdelatty said Egypt would of course respond to whatever the Saudis ask, adding that it offers every form of support “without any reservation”. He spoke in an interview on the sidelines of the International Monetary Fund's annual meetings in Bangkok.
