Saudi authorities on Monday extended the suspension of flights at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh following a string of terrorist attacks on the airport by the terrorist Houthi group, Independent Urdu reported. A notice to airmen (NOTAM) shows the airport will remain closed until midnight local time on Oct. 17.
The attacks of recent days have killed at least 18 people, 13 of them in Saturday's attack, the deadliest on Saudi Arabia in more than a decade. Hundreds more have been injured.
