The Russian Federation has condemned the attack that targeted King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, offering its sincere condolences to the families and relatives of those killed and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.

In a statement, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Moscow's consistent position that all crises in the region must be settled through political and diplomatic means.

The ministry stressed that any such settlement should ensure that the interests of every state in the region are taken into account, without exception.
