The Muslim World League (MWL) has voiced strong condemnation of the terrorist Houthi group's ongoing aggression against Saudi Arabia, including the deliberate targeting of civilians and civilian sites that left four civilians injured and homes damaged.
In a statement from the League's General Secretariat, Secretary-General Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, who also chairs the Organization of Muslim Scholars, renewed his denunciation of what he called treacherous terrorist attacks. He said they breach every religious value as well as international and humanitarian laws and norms, and confirm the criminal conduct of the “terrorist militia” in deliberately striking civilians and civilian objects.
Speaking for the League's councils, bodies and international assemblies, and for the Muslim peoples under its umbrella, Al-Issa declared full solidarity with the Kingdom in every step it takes to deter the aggressors and safeguard its security and the safety of its citizens and residents.
He prayed that God protect Saudi Arabia, its leadership and its people from all harm, and grant the injured a swift recovery.
