Private-sector establishments in Saudi Arabia with at least 50 workers must disclose their training data through Qiwa before the deadline of January 31, 2027, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development said.

The reminder, reported by the Saudi Press Agency on November 2, covers establishments whether or not they delivered training. Those that did must report trainees, programmes, hours and costs. Those that did not must declare non-implementation, while remaining subject to their statutory training requirements.

For HR and training teams, the distinction matters: no training activity does not remove the disclosure obligation. The ministry said more than 53% of establishments disclosed their training data in 2025, compared with over 38% in 2024.
