Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture has put a new package of agricultural investment opportunities in the Al-Jouf region on the market, as part of its efforts to promote sustainable development, support food security and widen partnerships with the private sector.

The offer covers two greenhouse projects in the city of Sakaka, Plot No. 3 and Plot No. 7. Each plot covers 50,000 square metres and is earmarked for growing vegetables and other crops using up-to-date practices, with the aim of raising local output and contributing to the Kingdom's food security system.

According to the ministry, the opportunities are designed to revitalise agricultural activity in the region, attract quality private investment and support the local economy.

The deadline for submitting offers is 30 November 2026. Interested investors can review the detailed terms and specifications booklet on the Furas digital platform or contact the ministry's dedicated investment email address, Investor@mewa.gov.sa.
