Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce reiterated on November 1, 2026 that activities requiring a licence must obtain it within 90 days of their entry in the commercial register, according to SPA.
Failure to do so results in removal of the activity entry under Article 4 of the implementing regulations. Activities not requiring a licence must provide evidence of operation.
This is a reminder tied to each activity’s registration date, not a new deadline beginning on the announcement date or an announcement that the entire commercial registration will be deleted.
