Hail inaugurated its central district on 28 October 2026, the Saudi Press Agency reported. The new urban destination brings together leisure facilities and shopping.

The project includes 12 km of walking routes and 6 km of cycle paths, alongside green spaces, restaurants, cafés, an open-air theatre and interactive fountains.

It also provides 1,500 parking spaces and areas for community events. The opening report did not specify visitor hours or admission prices.
