Saudi Arabia’s General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) has added seven languages to its app through Lite Mode, alongside Arabic and English, the Saudi Press Agency reported on 28 October 2026.

The new options are Urdu, Bengali, Filipino, Hindi, Sinhala, Nepali and Indonesian. They aim to help customers who do not speak Arabic or English understand their insurance rights and obligations and complete procedures, including compensation and work-injury services.

GOSI’s website also currently offers three new languages. The report did not specify which three languages are available on the website.
