The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at) is continuing its mentoring and advisory programmes and workshops for entrepreneurs at its SME support centre in Jeddah, with experts, specialists and business owners taking part.
The programmes cover operations, strategic planning, technology, feasibility studies, human resources, sales and marketing, and finance and accounting, as well as specialised management advice on setting up new ventures.
Two workshops were recently held at the centre. "E-commerce Basics" covered building online stores, writing marketing content, using electronic payment solutions and managing supply chains and delivery. "Managing Employees and Human Resources" dealt with recruiting talent, building flexible management structures, assigning tasks and motivating staff within the applicable Saudi regulations.
Monsha'at invited entrepreneurs in Jeddah Governorate to sign up for upcoming programmes and workshops or book free advisory and mentoring sessions through its official channels.
