Producing factories in Saudi Arabia's industrial cities rose 18.9 percent in 2025 from a year earlier to 4,938, spread over 36 industrial cities, according to the General Authority for Statistics' Services Statistics 2025 report, Saudi Gazette reported.

Tourism showed strong growth: hotels climbed 31.6 percent to 2,847, and the number of hotel rooms passed 491,000, up 23.4 percent on 2024.

Serviced apartment buildings totaled 3,090, together offering more than 105,000 units.
