Pilgrims and worshippers at the Grand Mosque in Makkah can reserve transport for performing Tawaf and Sa'i online through the unified mobility platform run by the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.

Bookings can be made through digital channels or at dedicated service points, which the authority says keeps reservations organised, makes the service easier to reach and saves visitors time and effort.

Three options are available: free carts for eligible groups, electric carts, and upgraded manual carts pushed by trained staff. They are managed under arrangements designed to meet users' needs and keep movement inside the Grand Mosque flowing smoothly.

Elderly visitors and people with disabilities receive particular attention, with transport options that let them complete Tawaf and Sa'i comfortably and with peace of mind.

The platform is available at carts.alharamain.gov.sa and is part of the authority's work to improve its digital and operational services for visitors to the Grand Mosque.
