The Saudi Food and Drug Authority has rejected claims that it approved a drug derived from camel urine for treating cancer, calling them false, Okaz newspaper reported.
In a post on its official X account, the authority said the product in question is registered as a dietary supplement containing a blend of vitamins and minerals that help meet the body's daily needs. Its use is limited to that purpose, with no therapeutic claims and no approval for cancer treatment.
