A title deed meeting the regulatory requirements is required, and owners are urged to check their deeds in advance. Enquiries can be made through the authority's official channels or its customer service centre on 199002.
Each registered unit will receive a "property number" and a registration deed containing its details, description, condition and associated rights and obligations, linked to precise geospatial data. The system aims to raise reliability and transparency in the real estate sector.
