The Al-Baha Health Cluster has launched its October 2026 breast cancer awareness campaign under the slogan "Your Path Is Pink". It runs throughout the month at the Al-Hazim rural huts, in cooperation with the Public Health Authority (Weqaya) and several schools of the region's education department.

The campaign aims to raise awareness of early detection and to encourage women over 40 to come forward for regular check-ups.

The cluster said it has set up dedicated sites to receive women who wish to be screened, with medical and technical staff providing examinations and medical advice. Its health facilities are also running awareness activities to reach as many women as possible across the region's cities and governorates.

It stressed that early detection helps find the disease in its first stages and improves treatment outcomes, adding that screening services and awareness programmes will continue until the end of October.
