Zood Real Estate has launched Élevée, an integrated urban community of eight towers in Riyadh's Al-Nakheel district with a value exceeding SAR 2.5 billion, according to Al Riyadh newspaper.

The project was designed by Spain's Elia, with Jadwa Investment as a strategic partner, and is scheduled for delivery by the end of 2029. The launch was marked on Monday evening with a ceremony at Hittin Palace attended by leading business and real estate figures.

Zood's chief executive, Eng. Yasser Al-Qazlan, said the company aims not merely to put up buildings but to create places that respect residents' privacy, offer comfort and belonging, and blend Saudi identity with contemporary architecture.
