A total of 2,440 Public Security personnel from various specialties have been promoted to the next rank, under administrative decisions issued by Director of Public Security Lt. Gen. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bassami on the directive of Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz.

Al-Bassami expressed his gratitude to the Kingdom's leadership for its care for security personnel, and thanked the Minister of Interior for his support for them in all fields.

He congratulated those promoted and wished them success in carrying out their duties, saying he hoped the promotion would motivate them to give even more in the service of their religion, their king and their country.
