Residents of parts of Al-Dawadmi Governorate in Riyadh Region can now be connected to new water networks after the National Water Company (NWC) finished a project whose total cost exceeded SAR74 million.
According to the company, the work involved laying lines and networks of different diameters with a combined length of more than 262 kilometers. Besides parts of Al-Dawadmi itself, the new infrastructure serves the centers of Al-Bajadiyah and Nafi.
NWC said the project belongs to its wider programme to develop water-sector infrastructure, extend service coverage, raise operational efficiency and offer sustainable, high-quality services in cities and governorates across the Kingdom.
Customers living in the areas covered were invited to apply for a service connection through the NWC smartphone application or its e-branch at e.nwc.com.sa.
