Hitachi Energy says the development of Saudi Arabia’s power transmission networks and electrical interconnections is opening up more investment opportunities in the Kingdom, Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported.

The company is expanding its footprint in the Saudi market at a time when the Kingdom is stepping up investment in its electricity infrastructure to keep pace with rising demand and bring renewable energy sources onto the grid.
