Saudi Arabia's Support and Liquidation Center, known as Infath, will supervise 101 real estate auctions in the second half of October, offering 1,513 properties for sale in a number of the Kingdom's regions between 15 and 31 October 2026.

Makkah Region has the largest share, with 28 auctions covering 552 properties. Riyadh Region comes next with 26 auctions for 321 properties, followed by the Eastern Province with 13 auctions for 151 properties, while Qassim Region will host 9 auctions for 117 properties.

Elsewhere, Asir Region will see 6 auctions offering 111 properties and Madinah 4 auctions for 69 properties. Hail, Jazan, Al Jouf, Tabuk and Al Baha will each host 3 auctions, offering 73, 53, 32, 19 and 15 properties respectively.
