The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing is taking part in the second edition of the Future Build exhibition in Taif, held from September 26 to 30, 2026, SPA reported.
During its participation, the ministry is presenting a package of solutions and initiatives aimed at stimulating real estate investment and developing the construction sector in the region. It is also introducing modern building technologies and their role in improving project delivery and developing housing products and projects.
Visitors to the ministry's pavilion can learn about the housing programmes, solutions and services on offer, and the options available to meet citizens' needs and support family stability.
The ministry said its participation aims to highlight its efforts to empower the private sector, widen partnership opportunities with real estate developers and support urban development in Taif, making the area more attractive to investors and improving the housing and urban solutions offered to residents.
For families and developers in the Taif area, the exhibition offers a single venue to compare available housing options and building technologies.
