Saudi job seekers in Makkah are being prepared for retail sales roles in the perfume trade through a specialist career pathway set up by the Makkah Chamber together with the Human Resources Development Fund.

The program links candidates directly to vacancies in the private sector, supporting Saudization targets and matching job readiness to what the market needs.

Because Makkah has a busy retail scene serving a varied customer base of residents and pilgrims, training concentrates on customer service, selling skills and communicating across cultures, with the aim of raising the standard of retail service in the city.
