The King Salman bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority has reminded the public that hunting is banned in all areas under its jurisdiction, as part of efforts to protect the natural environment and save wildlife from extinction.
The ban is intended to support ecological balance, preserve biodiversity in the reserve and its affiliated areas and limit the harm caused by hunting.
The authority said it will take the necessary measures against violators in cooperation with the Special Forces for Environmental Security and other relevant bodies. Its monitoring teams are stepping up field patrols, using the latest technology and enforcing the law against offenders.
