Nusuk, the app launched by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, now has more than 51 million users in over 190 countries and offers more than 130 digital services, making it a global platform for millions of Muslims.

Part of the Kingdom's digital transformation, Nusuk was built to bring together services that were once spread across many agencies, combining regulatory, guidance, educational and enrichment services in one place.

The app covers the whole journey, from planning to completing the rituals. Users can issue Umrah and visit permits, manage entry to the Two Holy Mosques and book appointments at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah, as well as reserve hotels and transport and link to air and land travel bookings.

Smart maps help users find their way inside the mosques and holy sites and track crowd movement, supporting organization and safety. The app also gives step-by-step guidance on performing the rituals, along with supplications, prayer times and the Qibla direction.

By cutting traditional procedures, making services more efficient and improving crowd management, Nusuk has transformed the Hajj and Umrah experience, in line with the Kingdom's vision to raise service quality, and has established the idea of a fully digital journey built on ease, accuracy and comfort.
