Around 50 people of all ages tried their hand at pottery in workshops at the Jazan Cultural House, a sign of renewed interest in the traditional craft.
Children making their first pieces worked alongside enthusiastic young people and more experienced older participants, turning the sessions into a shared space for learning and creativity.
In the workshops, which ended yesterday, participants learned about types of clay, their properties and safe handling, then used hand-building and modeling techniques to make balanced pieces.
They produced a range of vessels and artistic forms, each reflecting its maker's own vision and growing skill.
