How artificial intelligence can be put to work for manuscripts was the focus of a scientific session held yesterday by the King Abdulaziz Complex for Endowment Libraries in Madinah.
The session, the fourth in the complex's AI Program for Researchers, was titled "Using Artificial Intelligence to Serve Manuscripts" and formed part of AI Week. It looked at what these technologies can offer in developing ways of handling manuscripts, making their content easier to reach and widening their use in scientific research.
The program, run by the complex, seeks to introduce researchers to AI applications in scientific research and the fields where they can be useful.
