The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) is taking part in the third Hajj Health and Safety Forum, held in Jeddah from May 17 to 19, where it is presenting the integrated digital platforms it provides to support the technological infrastructure of the Hajj system in the 1447 AH season.
The authority highlighted its role in building and running smart systems developed by national experts, using emerging technologies and artificial intelligence to raise the quality of government services and give pilgrims a safe, organized and peaceful journey, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Its digital services help pilgrims arrive smoothly through the Kingdom's land, air and sea ports.
SDAIA also provides technical support to the Ministry of Interior's Makkah Route Initiative, carried out with several government bodies at 17 ports in 10 countries.
