Coalition spokesperson Turki Al-Maliki announced the interception and destruction of a drone in Saudi Arabia’s Southern Region, according to a Saudi Press Agency statement published on 31 October 2026. That statement attributed the launch to the Houthi terrorist group.

In a separate SPA statement published on the same date, Al-Maliki reported that another drone had been intercepted and destroyed in the Eastern Region. That statement did not identify who launched it.
