Private and non-profit tourism establishments in Saudi Arabia can now apply to pay their outstanding financial penalties in instalments. The Ministry of Tourism introduced the service under Cabinet Decision No. 105, following the instalment rules approved by the Ministry of Finance.

Applications are open on the ministry's website from October 13 to December 31, 2026. The penalty must be legally established against the establishment, and the request must be made on the approved form, setting out the reasons for instalments together with a declaration and the required documents.

Applicants also need to provide a statement of the establishment's existing financial obligations, statements for all its bank accounts covering the 12 months before the application date, and, where available, financial statements for the latest fiscal year certified by a licensed chartered accountant.

The ministry said the Ministry of Finance will study each request and decide on it according to the approved rules, stressing that applying does not mean automatic approval.

The service is intended to give investors and tourism operators a flexible way to settle their obligations, encouraging regulatory compliance and helping businesses keep operating. The ministry urged interested establishments to review the details, conditions and forms before applying.
