Investors and developers have until Wednesday, November 11, to bid for the Al-Aqiq Waterfront, a project the Islamic University of Madinah has put out to build, operate and maintain mixed-use buildings along Sultanah Road overlooking Wadi Al-Aqiq.
The site covers 53,957 square metres and will be let under a 30-year investment contract. Plans include a hotel and a commercial and office complex, making use of the prime location and supporting business, tourism and administrative activity in Madinah.
The project will follow an investment model combining fixed rent with revenue sharing. The terms booklet and full details are available on the Furas platform.
