Among the highlands and rock formations of the Jazan region, Wadi Qura in Al-Haqu center of Baish governorate stands out as a rural destination that has kept its local character, with green farms and mountain views that invite visitors to explore nature.

The valley lies about 32 kilometers northeast of Baish governorate and about 100 kilometers from Sabya governorate. It runs from the highlands through Al-Haqu center and the edges of Al-Futayhah center before merging with the valleys of Baish toward the western plains, as the terrain slopes from mountainsides to flat land.

Doum palms are one of the valley's signature features, growing in clusters of varying density with fan-shaped leaves and branching trunks that offer shade. Sidr, salam and samar trees grow around them, forming plant cover typical of the region's valleys.

Thanks to its fertile soil, local people have farmed along its banks for generations, and the fields turn greener after rainfall. High vantage points and aerial views reveal the length of its course, giving photographers plenty to capture.

The valley attracts lovers of outdoor trips, especially in the rainy season and mild weather, who come for quiet away from city crowds. Visitors are encouraged to keep the site clean and respect the privacy of nearby farms and property.
